About us
Family-owned. Permian Basin proud.
A home remodeling company built on the values of hard work, honesty, and doing the job right.
Our story
From the oilfield to your home
ROS Construction Group is a family-owned company led by owner Brian Phetteplace. We’re the sister company of Reliable Oilfield Services (ROS) in Midland, Texas.
Work in the oilfield demands dependability: showing up, doing it safely, and getting it right. We started ROS Construction Group to bring that same standard to homeowners here at home. The same reliability we built in the oilfield, now in your kitchen, your bathroom, and every room in between.
“Treat every home like it’s our own family’s.”
